GUIDELINE FOR STUDENT - ERP SYSTEM
New & Regular Student should see the Admission Calendar and note down the start and last date of admission for particular Program.

Step 1 :
Click on "Student Registration" button below Login window. Fill up the Registration Form and please note down your own given User ID and Password in the Registration form for future Login in the system.
- After clicking on “Register” button at the end of the form; system will take student to the online Payment for the provisional admission or Prospectus fee, or Registration Fee or any other fee; if applicable. In continuation on Successful online payment made by the New Student; ERP system will open up the Admission form to fill up and submit it. Please note in case the New Student online payment is failed due to any reason, Admission form will not get open up. New Student have another option of offline payment to make at Vidyapeeth campus. After such offline payment at campus , New Student can directly make the login by putting Username and Password in login window and fill up the “Admission Form”
- In case New Student online payment got failure by any reason, such New Student should NOT do the “Registration” again. They have to just put their given Username and Password in the Registration Form in login Window and ERP system will take them for online Payment again.

Step 2 :
Vidyapeeth may display the shortlisted students Merit List. In case for particular program if Merit list is not applicable then please contact Vidyapeeth “Admission Department” for further process.

Step 3 :
Merit list shortlisted students has to take the Print out of the Admission Form along with Undertakings, Affidavits , Declarations and Code of Conduct (if applicable) duly signed and submit at the Vidyapeeth with all required documents and certificates on scheduled date given by the Vidyapeeth.

Step 4 :
After Admission Form Approved by the Vidyapeeth, Student should make payment either by Online Payment in ERP System login under Fee Payment tab or Offline Payment at Campus for Vidyapeeth Program Fee.

Step 5 :
Only on Successful Online Payment of Vidyapeeth Program Fee, Student will get Electronic Fee Payment Receipt in his Login for that particular program and New & Regular Student can get approved Vidyapeeth Fee receipt at respective Campus only.

Step 6 :
Your admission will be confirm from the Vidyapeeth after Program fee payment.
